Frankzao
OK my fractions are wrong. The Vacuum hoses: Internal Diameter (ID): 4 MM or .156 IN. or 5/32 IN. The Brass Tee's: Internal Diameter (ID): 1/4" or 8/32" ---that is a stretch. Let me look some more...
mts
Good Frank... awaiting your findings. The second pic did not look brass... is why I asked.

Even impossible to see if cracked..
Frankzao
The "silver" one is a B&W photo.
Frankzao
OK found some others. HOWEVER, all sides are the same and the 5/32" size is the outside Diameter of each connection. "its just under a 1/4 of a inche. the inside is about a 1/8 of a inch" -reply from seller. What do you guys think? Will they fit? They are $0.95 each and I have to buy like 55 of them so the price would be the same plus shipping. Who's still interested? -Zao
Renboy
Get me the napa part number, I get a discount there and they probably won't make me buy 100 of them.
Frankzao
couldn't find the correct size at napa. All they have is: 1/4" BK 7302947 $5.49 5/16" BK 7302948 $5.49 3/8" BK 7302949 $5.49 All too big. Matt64341
I printed out the vacuum diagram and went to go see how easy it was to follow, and it really isn't terrible. I will probably be doing the vac lines very soon. I also located the hose you said might break the s/c. That was the hose that the mouse ate in my engine about 6 months ago. It set off the CEL, and threw a P0304 Piston #4 misfire. I replaced the line after driving 40-50 miles to and from Mazda to pull the code and a couple of autoparts store. It has been at least 5,000 miles and i havn't had any CEL or problems with my s/c. -Zao T-Fitting Sizing Chart: I think those should fit, the 5mm hose can fit on a 4.76mm OD fitting, so a 4mm should fit on a 3.97mm OD fitting. ChiTown
i'm still in. keep me updated. how many do you need total? i am thinking about doing a silicone hose a t-fitting overhaul...
Frankzao
I did my retro fit yesterday. Took all day and had to remove the intercoolers and the connecting tube. three T's total and 21 feet of silicone hose. a real PITA!!! I put a piece of rubber heater hose over the T's. About 2 inches long and slit it down one side (like a hot dog bun) and slid it over the T. Should protect it nicely. I think this is better than the Brass. The brass can transfer heat better and may fry/melt the hose it is attached to. Especially if it comes in contact with metal. All the Codes are gone but the P0304 returned. i guess I'll have to try another coil pack...... Runs A WHOLE LOT BETTER THOUGH.

Matt64341
I went to home depot today and the smallest they had was 3/8, but i found this online 3/16'' brass 'T' its more expensive than the 55 for 40 though I just replaced a broken plastic tee, with another cheap plastic one, i really would like to get brass. How many T's are needed? it looks like about 5 or so from the diagram edit: 5/32 is actually the better size
