MURRAYBRYSON786
Well the coolant line goes through the EGR, so where did you find the coolant drops? on a the coolant line(wasn't sure that was what it was but it makes sense now) so coolant is supposed to be in the EGR? and i am putting off a huge smoke cloud when i start up and my water pump is leaking so i can't tell if i am loosing coolant to my engine or if it is just leaking out of m pump only ad i am burning oil as well as for the 2 codes i pulled P1525 & P1526 it sounds like those are codes for a bad solenoid and the ABV solenoid so it will also give off other ghost codes because it "stops the use of the vacuum system in the computers so they don't have anything to communicate to each other which would explain the P1601 i found this on the forbidden if this is true and i fix the computer issues then i will proceed to fix all my leaks too
mts
sounds like someone is in the market for a new S/C. Search for the P1525 and P1540.... I have written up a LOT on these. Try changing the solenoids first ABV (vent), and there is another there... see if the problem goes away. If not.... you are up for a S/C

If not.... you are up for a S/C I have a new super charger. i have put less than 500 miles on the car since i had it replaced. what 2 solenoids i have never had the P1540 code just the P1525 & P1526 oh and all the other misfire ones and the P1402 P1601 hoping those are just ghost codes because of the bad solenoids
MURRAYBRYSON786
so i didn't say this before but when i was replacing the vacuum lines i broke the solenoid (the one closest to the driver side) and i just glued it back together now it is making more sense why i am getting these codes. but the 4 codes i am getting did not appear until after i had broken the solenoid so like i said i am hoping they are all connected to the solenoid so the queston becomes do i replace just the one i broke for $76 or all of them for $186 i am thinkng the latter and just replace them all and then if i need new ones i have the god ones i pulled off. what do you think? mts
take the cover off over the S/C and look into the lobes and see how much oil is in there.
MURRAYBRYSON786
take the cover off over the S/C and look into the lobes and see how much oil is in there. there was oil but no puddle if that is what you mean but it is kinda too late for this milly now she died about a week ago you see she was crusing down state st at about 40 when i heard a PSHHHHH noise from behind the fire wall on the passenger side so i was like oh crap and i saw my heat gauge rising pretty fast and then it when POOOSHHHHH again just as i cam to a stop and soi turned it off realy quick and under closer isnspection my water pump blew a seal and then the head gasket went boom too so now it dosn't start any more. i have plans to rebuild the motor but not for a while i just bought a jeep grand cherokee and i am some what happier. for one it runs and it is realy nice. but the 12 MPG is not so nice and it s the V8 so it is fast but not as fast as the milly would have been had it not died. sadest part is i got the milly broken and not running and i never got it to run close to how it was supposed to.
