///BHRpowered
Was doing some yard around the yard and borrowed friends 96ish? b2300? or b2000? 5-speed 2wd. Not alot of power of course, but the tranny was pretty good, even the clutch had held up well over the years. Overall I was pretty damn impressed. Very comfortable, enough power to get around and pretty quiet. Ultra basic, even manual windows, if it had an automatic it would be a great little work truck

Troutman
They are all four cylinder here.
///BHRpowered
This is america, 4cyl are shunned. Yes I know the audi is a 4cyl, but its also turbo charged and AWD
ing-schu@online.no
The problem with inline fourpots isn't lack of power. No turbo in the world can add refinement nor nice sound.
///BHRpowered
I concur that the sound is not ideal, I have plans to go with a borla muffler which is quiet and smoother, but its nothing compared to the sound of the 2.8. I'd love to get my hands on an OEM s4 bumper and side skits if I could
ing-schu@online.no
Did you mean side shit?
///BHRpowered
No, I do not. I mean side skits. Plastic panels below doors, but I appreciate the help with confirming that non males are sub-dirt
Troutman
I think you mean side skirts. America and the world has gone four cylinder crazy. On paper a modern four can do almost everything competently. But personally I would still gravitate towards a six or 8 for the sound and feel. ///BHRpowered
I do not speak of the skirts. In the audi I pretty much have to floor it just to pull out in traffic, in the Jeep I can feather the throttle and OWN traffic
Troutman
A potent 4 cylinder would be a Golf GTi or similar.
///BHRpowered
psh, this is america. We don't even like our lawn mowers to be 4 cyl
Troutman
I had a Eunos 30X pass me yesterday... god damn those little V6 motors sound nice compared to modern 4 cyls.
