I don't even set foot in the parking lot, infact when checking they still have it at hte same price on there website, Ishould make a complaint.

also the thing about mobil1, despite being fully synethetic and working very well, its almost clear when new, so you can easily tell when dirty, royal purple is a dark ass purple and looks almost as black going in as it does coming out of some ghetto rat who waited 7500 miles to change there oil

Oil being dark doesnt mean its bad. It gets dark pretty fast..

Its dark because its full synthetic unlike Mobil1 which is petroleum based. RP uses plant oils which have a much higher film strength allowing the oil to stick to metals alot better allowing for piston rings to wear out less and for the oil to stay on surfaces longer so that on a cold start there is more lubrication.

Its performance oil which is used in alot of racing companies they cant all not have a good reason for using RP.

umm no, actually it would be the other way around, it should be crystal clear.

however, its dark because royal purple...having purple in the name adds coloring

I'm still conducting my RP real world tests, diff's are doing ok, but tonight I almsot had some issues with the front, if the RP is really that horrible that I need to add more FM then i'll certainly never be using it again
