ing-schu@online.no
I can tell Dallas, finally, after all these years, has obtained a car with RETRACT MIRRORS! Bet that's why you bought it huh? I like it, it really stands out from the crowd. Certainly no beauty, but then you still have the Xedos to rest the eyes on

I like the roof This version came out in '06 in the UK. I have the model with iSHIFT transmission.
ing-schu@online.no
I noticed the lack of a 3rd pedal. Is it a conventional slushbox?
Troutman
Dallas just said he shifts.
Dallasaurora
lol...funny ! The iSHIFT is the auto option. However, it can also be operated like a manual, changing up and down the gears as required using the gear lever or paddles on the steering wheel. ing-schu@online.no
Chick shifting I made a search; it is a manual gearbox (as in no converter) with automatic clutch, possible to run in both auto and manual mode. Not unlike the Alfa Selespeed then.

Not unlike the Alfa Selespeed then. The heck? As in formulae? All autos should be this way. Civics here dont have this option. Is it because gas is cheap here? ing-schu@online.no
Several brands offer this here. They are not to be compared with the VW DSG however. That is an amazing transmission. Now Ford is coming up with a similar twoclutch tranny. That would be something in the new Mazda 6. Or why not a new 9?
