Led For Me

clue,

as always, www.superlumination.com make sure to get red towers for the brake lights and nothing eles. For the turn signals you will need resistors, the standard 6ohm or 25/50w should be fine, about 5 bucks, same site, you need 1 for each turn, but only do the rears, if you do front and rears you could get the hyper flash even with resistors.

If you get a brake light indicator then you'll need resistors on probably 2 of your 4 brake lights, but don't do that until your sure you need them.

fyi - check out our newest member :shifty: it seems old seldomseen has come around, one of only 2 to predate my posting rampage, and the only to give me a posting challange.

saint, there is a pic on SL, apparently you insert them, them they pop open resting against the back of the housing there in, each "arm" has led's on the back, and then there are led's on each arm going forward, it looks alot like what lambo has, I think I might buy just 1 and test, I can see how it might work better for braking, but most people would see an LED triangle, not the full housing.

For 194 applications these bulbs are absolute monsters, but they are considerably longer than stock so make sure they fit!

I would stick to tower style bulbs for other applications. You shouldn't have trouble getting an LED compatible flasher for the indicators for a Toyota. If you get tail light out warnings, the best way is to remove the actual warning light, as resistors add heat and are an inferior way around the problem.
