Why my hood is dulled out i have no idea. Maybe the heat from the engine but not likely...

most excellent indeed. Although it doesn't change the color, It simply brings back the clear depth it once had. Indeed claybar is wonderful, along with a good polish and wax

Claybar can remove oxidized paint, which in effect, would change the colour.

details to using claybar please including a good brand. i was told not too fukk with that stuff unless you know what ur doing and not to use it often. you could cause your paint to peel or flake....

umm no. I think your thinking of a buffer. Claybar is very safe at all times. I myself still use it on the millenia about twice a year, which considering its use is alot. On the Jeep I do it maybe 4-5 times a year. Its needed for a good coat of wax.

I think there are instructions in one of my cleaning guides that are pinned. Have to check
