has anyone removed the middle muffler.... I was thinking about doing it but i dont wan it to sound like a damn ricer mobile! thanks video clips would be perfect! stock exhuast with no middle muffler

thatrs not an extra stroke , and that wouldn't increase compression that would drop the compression ratio... its still 4 cycle engine, My Fox body cam does that so i can bleed of compression from the 11:1 pistons.. who ever said its like a 5 cycle is crazy. there are a lot of enignes that do that, its not that uncommon,

its a piggy back, a general chip that will increase it by so much regardless what you have.
The JET chip you ship your entire ECU to jet with the mods you have and anything you'd like to do, they remap the actual ECU to whatever is needed to get the most out of those mods, shift points, etc
why ship it to JET... Personally i think JET is a joke... there is SCT and Diablo that i would like to make me a tune and i would rather take it to a local speed shop and have them tune the bitch... I dont see why 16 psi is all the boost that Jet added... I can really see this engine performing very well with like 20 or 22... I dont care what anyone says this engine is not that much different from anything else... I mean its not like a rotary... oh and someone explain this extra cycle in this 4 cycle engine.... I got to hear this... you mean every firing event of this engine has 5 strokes LOL! Intake, compression, ignition, exahust.....where is the 5th cycle guy...

I'm not sayng the head light wieghts a hundred FUCKING pounds..... Im saying the car companys out their will take every OZ. they can out of a car for better fuel economy! this forum is full of hard headed morons...... 40 shot 320HP you just said it can make 300 on the motor how would a 40 shot only give you 20hp unless you dont know what your doing........ I never said I wanted it to be a track fucking car I just asked if anyone has.... I already have a 10 second fucking car ,but just wanted to give this car a little KICK, JESUS CHRIST I remember why i hate RICERS AGIAN FUCK!

dropping thermastat temp drops cylinder temp, and could cause a rich mixture! also engine runs colder and could get stuck in open loop..... got a dyno sheet to prove that 300HP? I have never ever in my life seen a cold air intake and exhuast and chip give you 90hp...... thats just crazy...

if you take a little wieght out of alot of stuff it adds up....thats what iwas trying to say Trust me the automotive industry does stuff like that al the time.... I have been going to college for automotives for along time turst me on this one!

you can do a custom CO2 sprayer on the intercoolers and almost all nitrous systems are custom??? and tuning is all custom so... just because A big name brand company doesnt make parts doesnt mean it cant be done, and that it wont make any power... there is just no demand! we will see what happens... I'm going to contact Mazda and see if they can tell me if they are forgded intetrnals, I really think they are because of the 14psi of boost!
I am on my second year of autmotive training and i will tell you what.... Any thing is possable!
OH and Nitrous is your friend!
also you are using water sprayers on your intercoolers?????? why water? I would think that would be very unsafe?

Glass is more prone to cracking when going from hot to cold then plastic... also Glass wieghts more so lower gas milage........

this is my family car but was just wanting a little more kick.... my track car is a 1990 mustang 5.0 with a 200 shot. I really want to know for sure if the pistons on this car are forgdeed or not because i would really like to do like a CO2 or nitrous spray on the intercooler and see what happens.... if they are for sure forgded myabe even a nice Dry nitrous shot with a custom tune

well if the boost gauge reads 14 doesnt that mean its only 12..... I have always been told that boost gauges are normally off by 2 psi so that would make first gear really 5 psi???

has anyone tryed CO2? if not why not? what do you mean water sprayers.....Any pics? where would i get exhuast, or even the JET Performance chip??? thast what your talking about right.

steel wool didnt hurt anything its super fine and i was scared to scratch so i didnt rub real hard.... Is there anything out their made just for referbish the headlights? I tried the scrath X to but it didnt do much!

oh your BHR saw it after i posted... I noticed everyones head lights arent fogged up... the previst owned of mine didnt take very goods car of the head lights and was wonder if there is a way to get this damn oxidzation off...... I have tryed rubbing compound with a low speed buffer, goo gone, even really fine steel wool (0000) and they cleaned up a little but not much!

In first gear you'll have 7psi, in all other gears its 14psi, This is controlled by the ECU
has anyone done like a CO2 spray on the intercoolers or even methanol injection? does anyone know if all the internals are forgded! what is the most boost someone has ran on this motor... and is there a way to get max boost soon, it seems the full boost isnt until like 4 grand?

Didn't know where else to do this, But I'm new to the forum... jus bought a 2001 mazda milly i see they are called. Pearl white milly S with the miller cycle engine, Has about 88,000 miles on it and i got it for $8500. I have seen alot of topics and have already learned alot about my new car on this forum.... what I havn't been able to find is how much boost does this stock engine make? 2.3L
