If you buy an OBDII reader that includes the J1850 PWM protocol, then it won't matter. Because that will read your codes regardless of whether your Millenia is OBDI or OBDII. Most, if not all, new OBDII readers will read that protocol. If you bought your OBDII reader back in 1996 or 1997, then it may have only worked with specific protocols. But any OBDII reader bought in the last few years supports all three protocols; J1850 VPW -- with pins in 2, 4, 5, and 16 ISO 9141-2 -- with pins in 4, 5, 7, 15, and 16. J1850 PWM -- with pins in 2, 4, 5, 10, and 16. With the connector pins layed out on the connector in this fashion: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16 Just make sure you get a reader that includes J1850 PWM, then it won't matter if your 1995 Millenia is OBDI or OBDII, it will read it either way.
