Super S 69 Posted June 9, 2006 Report Share Posted June 9, 2006 Ok i got the 01 S and it has the Bose system in it and i want to put new speakers head unit and subs now someone tols me i have to rewire everything i just cant plug and play and use the old wires from the bose speakers and head unit is this true and how can i wire this any help greatly appreciated thanks guys pm me with details thanks :ninja: Super Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
///BHRpowered Posted June 11, 2006 Report Share Posted June 11, 2006 well, actually you can just plug speakers into the existing wires, but its not that great for the speakers, however if you replace the hu you must get a bose convertor to get the stock headunit, or if you replace the speakers as well then it won't matter. Ikstej24 Posted June 13, 2006 Report Share Posted June 13, 2006 If you are going to do speakers, amps, subs and head unit just rewire it....the stock wires are terrible anyway and it will sound a lot better.
