mts
why rape? I assumed you would be doing it yourself? If you are looking at aftermarket sensors?
erniegram
i tried to get to the one closest to the firewall but it was stuck. I even let the car get to running temp and it was a bitch trying to remove so when i took it to the guy he said i need both bank 1 and bank 2 sensors. I want to do it myself but cant remove the rear one
Frankzao
torch or WD40......or both....
mts
Trouble running the car, it all heats the same. If you want to free stuck threads, sometimes you have to heat around it... and be ready to turn quickly. As the internal thread gets hot, it expands and only for a few seconds is there differential expansion. Once the heat gets into the external (this case O2 sensor) and it expands... forget it.
