Pictures For Lateral Link Replacement

Recommended Posts

I changed my lateral link without removing anything but the lateral link itself. Just mark the posistion of the camber adjustment take and remove and replace the same way. Its only 2 bolts.

The only issue I have is removing the large bolt - not enough clearance to pull it out - which is why Renboy's howto must have mentioned moving the cross-member.

BTW - both my lateral and leading were bad....lateral was worse than leading...

It rotates almost freely about its axis and I think it is normal. But if it moves in lateral or vertical direction it is not good.
