Digged the garage, found the user manual, and here is the data (base on 1999 model) Power Steering Fluid: ATF M-III or equivalent (e.g. Dexron II) Automatic Transaxle Fluid : ATF M-III or equivalent (e.g. Dexron II) Brake Fluid : FMVSS116 DOT-3 (get yourself Valvoline Sythetic Brake Fluid from parts store, with 480F boiling point !!) Spark Plugs 2.5 DOHC : NGK ZFR5F-11 ZFR6F-11(colder, more heat transfer) 2.3S DOHC : NGK PZFR6F PZFR5F PZFR7F (Laser platinum) Spark-plug Gap 2.5 DOHC : 0.043in (+0.000 / -0.004) or 1.1mm (+0.0 / -0.1) most plug came in 0.040, check it!! 2.3S DOHC : 0.031in (+0.000 / -0.004) or 0.8mm (+0.0 / -0.1) Engine Oil 2.5 DOHC: w/filter 4.2usqt , 3.5impqt , 4.0liter w/o filter 3.9usqt , 3.3impqt , 3.7liter 2.3S DOHC: w/filter 4.3usqt , 3.6impqt , 4.1liter w/o filter 4.0usqt , 3.4impqt , 3.8liter Coolant 7.9usqt , 6.6impqt , 7.5liter Automatic Transaxle Fluid 2.5 DOHC: 8.4usqt , 7.0impqt , 8.0liter 2.3S DOHC: 7.8usqt , 6.5impqt , 7.4liter Air Conditioner gas: R-134a max operatin charge: 28.2oz (0.8kg) Hope this will anyone, and be sticky Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When doing a full flush anyway I was thinking how come b can change milly's spark plugs himself and cannot find the manual in a garage mess. It should be in a secured box in a Swiss bank. I also don't have a 99 as for the manual, I keep all my paperwork and manuals in a filing cabinet...locked, and mildly hidden, but nothing extreme.
