///BHRpowered
Its not a car its BHR's millenia. If I had tear ducts I'm sure they would be in use right now. The antenna is actually a first gen XM radio antenna, I got XM for the millenia like late 2001, early 2002. Some of the newer style ones that are smaller but have wires and crap just don't look right, mine is mounted to the roof, but I trimmed some of it, wires run down through the weatherstripping around windshield to the receiver in trunk. Its a terk model SR2 http://cgi.ebay.com/TERK-XM-TRK-SR2-ANTENN...id=p3286.c0.m14 If you wanted XM you would need either an older tuner...which I have sitting around (just need IP bus cable) or one of the convertors. millySHID
now 2002 mazda millenia, I have a question. Not to be rude or anything, but why the 2.5?
enginph
Is Chi's intake only for Millenia S? or can i put it on my 2.5 P Only for S. 2.5 intake is hard to find ready, but they say easy to make. 99Milly, I think he has 2.5, and we dont have a button to switch to 2.3.. ///BHRpowered
chi's is ONLY for the S and yes the intakes are pretty damn different jkautosports (member) use to make custom ones for the 2.5, but that was years ago, he hasn't even had a millenia for probably 4 years or so, and I think the last group buy was maybe alittle over 2 years ago probably longer. millySHID
I know he has a 2.5, he said it in his comments, And I was asking why he chose the 2.5 over the S actcually.
///BHRpowered
as we saw we steve, S costs more, harder to finder, some people don't want to worry When I bought mine I did infact shell out an extra 1300 dollars for a 75k/7 year warrenty...I'm fully convinced because I did this its one of the reasons I never had a single problem
millySHID
Yeah, i've had quite a few problems with mine. I bought mine used for 7000 with 126000Km's on it, and now its got just over 165 adn that was 3 years ago. I dont even drive it that much. They didn't offer any warranties on mine and that was a shitty deal.
///BHRpowered
I bought mine with 000000.3 miles on it, still fully wrapped in factory plastic, even the rims were covered. Never once had a single problem unless you consider the tilt motor and window regulator needing some grease
millySHID
haha youre a lucky one, but then again you do your own work on it right? my main switch for the passenger side window will work to go down, but when its time to put it back up, the passenger has to do it them selves hahah
///BHRpowered
generally no I'v done more or less all the aftermarket installs and all the audio installs, but maintance I leave to a trusted dealer, and shut up ren/mts, I don't want to hear it we've been over it. In the coming years however I hope to first get a 2nd millenia, 01-02, which I would use as a test bed for many repairs that may come along, and in time most likely service everything myself. I do everything myself on the Jeep
millySHID
yeah thats a good plan too. If I do get rid of my millenia I will definately consider getting another S, probably newer though like you said 01-02 with a lot less km's then what i bought it for.
