What Does This Go To?

Had some time and millenia is out of the capsule so I decided to remove EGR, clean, sand, prime and repaint, along with some other things here and there when I came across this. I didn't take anything off and no spare hoses are around.

 

I swear I remember someone having a theory about 4WS but not sure.

I have the same nonsense pipe which just adds up weight.

 

Show us inside EGR. So we can tell what high octane can do for carbon build-up.

You mean the same octane that actually keeps the engine running as it should without clogging everything?

 

Honestly I was kind of pissed. No build up what so ever just a light tint. hit it with some brake cleaner and was almost like new. Outside needed some touchup to look perfectly new though.

 

I'v never found a good guide for the S though, everything about the EGR is for the 2.5 which is slightly different and looks like you can clean more. I actually took off that box inbetween TB and intake. Also clean as was TB. That really really pissed me off considering what a pain it was

Now you have me curious. If it wasn't 1:11 a.m., I'd go out and pop the hood of my '02 non-S Millenia and see if I have that same, worthless pipe.

No clue, I know the 2.5 is the one where EGR get get junked up with stuff in the ports

of course you do, I was working on the EGR not to mention its sept when the engine bay is at its dirtiest before the fall scrub down.
