At the time I had large block to buy me about 18" of height but not much more. The capsule provides an interesting question, since its sealed and pressurized no water would get in so long as the fan was not submerged, but I don't think it would float. That being said keep in mind I live more or less on a cliff roughly 90ft high, below which is lake jackson, AND I'm on the lake side. Which means even if god did exist and there was flooding the water would have to rise 90 ft, and even then the dam about 1 mile away would overflow and break, so really the water table would have to rise probably 200ft or so? My biggest concern with the millenia is fire, non males, and children.
