///BHRpowered Posted August 17, 2007 Report Share Posted August 17, 2007 the stock piping from the cat back is 2.25  the piping into the cat is 2.5, hence when you do a 2.5 custom exhaust you get a new cat, or go from the cat-bakc with 2.5" piping, and so you need a muffler with a 2.5" inlet, which is why the rev3 inlet is so nice.  I dunno street, sure its not "remus style" which is very different.  Also from your your post, you make it sound like the shop is going to buy it from remusexhausshop.com, in which case there is no way thats the price.  I shopped around a few places before I got mine, fact of the matter is very few places in the U.S have them, and if you go to remus website something like maybe 15-20 places are vendors in all of NA. I got mine something like 3 years ago now??? and it was still 375 I think  Now stop stalling or trying to cheap out.
