///BHRpowered
You have been informed as to the Enigma I'am, choosing to acknowledge such material facts are a matter of your own concern. It has been well documented as to my motives, actions, and objectives in the personality you "know" so well through out MW.

Troutman
I have now tried the heatsink-equipped 194 high power from Warden, and recommend it for all 194 applications requiring mainly forward light. It is now the only high power 194 sold by Warden, rendering its heat-failure-prone predecessor obsolete.
Troutman
I am curious to note that there is now an SMT tower 115x at Autolumination. It is getting confusing now, as almost every product on the page claims to be the 'brightest'. No heatsink on this one, though. http://autolumination.com/1156_1157.htm
Renboy
Admittedly, I know nothing about LED's (yet). I'm curious, are there any that are white, and retarded bright? I want to change my reverse lights, but I don't want just bright reverse lights, I want "what's that asshole doing with his highbeams on" bright. And is there any risk of melting my tails with led's? Reading through this thread everyone seems to say that the led's are dimmer than incandescent's of equal size, what's the fucking point then? Troutman
With a custom conversion involving multiple 3 and 5 watt LEDs you can have ridiculous brightness (space permitting) but such LEDs produce absurd amounts of heat so it would end up a lot of work to have it reliable. Replacement white bulbs produce a decent amount of light (fairly competitive with incandescent) but their main difference is higher colour temperature, low current draw, instant illumination, longer theoretical lifespan etc. It is not exactly a must-have for reverse lights, unless you're me. mts
Brightness is necessary
Troutman
I find the brightness acceptable, but await further improvements.
Troutman
I have decided to discontinue the LED review site because it is quite out of date and would require a lot of expensive testing to get up to speed, but keep an eye on these threads for updates. I've almost finished the Eunie's cluster.

Troutman
Excellent choice, Warden indeed saves. Keep in mind if you are doing a Millenia's parking lights, the 5-LED is a better bet because the light is intended to shine in all directions. I am currently using high power bulbs for my rear number plate lights however.
