Hmm, I would recommend a product called "tuff stuff" Spray on the affected area, it will foam up, then let it sit for20 seconds and then begin scrubbing. It may take 2-3 apps to get everything, but you'll notice a big difference with each step. Just don't get it on glass and never on paint

correct, its what I have always used on my millenia's door panels, it also works wonders on automotive carpet.

but like I said, don't get it on glass or paint. It can ruin paint, and its near impossible to get off glass for some reason

The big myth is that leather cleaners will fix rip cracks or whatever, this is not true, there are some very special chemicals that can, but its a good 100 dollars and must be applied in a special way.

The key to good leather is maintance, I do a drivers seat touch up about once every month in the jeep, and I do a complete condition, bake, and wipe about every 3 months.

I use meguiers of course, the spray bottle is nice, but excessive gets on things, so the cream works best. Get the cleaner and conditioner, get a clean rag, soak it, ring it out, then apply the leather cleaner either on the rag or the seat. I myself do the seat. If your seats are especially dry use double what you think you need, otherwise, still use more

Oh and btw, do this very early in the morning if you can for best results, before the sun is out, then when there is a fairly thick film on the seats that you would be disgusted it sit in close all windows and sunroof, open sunroof cover though and park the car in max sunlight and just let it bake all day, this will give the pores in the leather a chance to open up and absorb the conditioner. Helping to further clean the leather and keep it in top shape.

Then at night or the next day whenever, take a large towel and basically buff the seats removing any excess.

Excellent indeed. The heating and baking is key. The heat and humidity will really open the phores and allow the conditioner to really soak in

Now if its really badly dried, for example the top of the rear seats it will take several days to get close to original, leaving almost a puddle of the conditioner on top and allowing the sun to bake it in.

I find the synethetic waxes to be quite subpar.

in real world use they do NOT protect as long, do not provide the liquid depth of a high quality natural wax, and are much harder to apply to a dark car.
