Task514
There is a needle reset for the 01-02 documented in the workshop manual... Don't know if it would help your model year but anyways.... ign to LOCK take out room fuse wait 10 sec turn ign to ON needle should return to zero if needle doesn't return to zero, turn it by hand replace room fuse with ign at ON Hope this works
Task514
There is also a cluster diagnostic procedure... But I think it is for the 01-02 only, because the cluster is digital. This is how it is done: disconnect batt(-) open driver door wait 30 sec (rest is done within 30secs) reconnect batt(-) turn ign to ON push driver door switch 3 times push tripmeter switch 3 times.... (you're now in diag mode) press tripmeter switch to change test mode. return ign to LOCK, disconnect batt(-), wait, reconnect batt(-) to end diagnostic. ///BHRpowered
interesting, I may look into that. Currently, depending on weather the Millenia has been scheduled for start up next saturday.
colbylamb2006
Please record it with some sort of camera. The Millenia has been sitting in the dungeon far too long.

///BHRpowered
I would advise people to remove there grills and check the low screw attaching bumper cover, mine was showing signs of rust - I can't imagine what people who drive in the rain would have. bolt has been removed, area cleaned, and a fresh one used
SteveSter
BHR used an aftermarket (non-OEM) bolt??

latinopikachu
the temp sensor removal looks like an L, I know with the S it even says "if difficulties are encountered remove the valve cover" or some. insane shit
///BHRpowered
F that, temp sensor on a Jeep is the easiest thing the world. And no, I have various millenia bolts that I keep replacing if needed. For example - bolts used for original intake. I haven't found any bolt with true rust, but some are crab on them, almost appears like salt crystals are growing on them - probably from the worst experience the millenia ever encountered - snow. so I spray some cleaner on them and scrub with a tooth brush. I also want to take out bolts and clean anything I can underneath whatever I can reach.
Frankzao
-- so I suppose I keep driving my milly on E.....the misses hates it....LOL
///BHRpowered
Generally speaking I don't let the millenia drop below 1/4th tank, except before storage where I run it as low as it can go
Frankzao
yes...good strategy indeed...but my milly hits 1/4 tank at around 150 miles.....
