Troutman Posted November 15, 2006 Report Share Posted November 15, 2006 I did mine when changing to LEDs for the cluster. With the main dash panel out the bulb socket twists out - very easy. Just remember to test the 194 LED before putting it all back together. Â Because it's a flashing light, I think a high power red 194 (aka Superstar) would be ideal. Â Â The plastic trim that ends at the passenger airbag needs to be removed (the one that has the digital display and climate control in it) Two screws need to be removed. One is behind the dimmer switch, the other on the opposite side of the steering wheel in the same line with the dimmer switch. The rest is held in place with friction clips.
