Frankzao
I actually went for the cheapest ones there. The discription says exactly which one.
///BHRpowered
the r-led matrix ones what what I have, 3 of those and a single #74 is what is needed for the dash, however there are some new 194 towers that are crazy bright. As for the led cruise issue, SOLVED!!! will post a new thread

mts
There must be 3 bolbs in the HVAC controls
mohamedeladawy@hotmail.com
are most interior bulbs in the millenia 194? i really hope so cuz then itll be easier.
Frankzao
I bought the other for the trunk. If the HVAC has bulbs then I shall order more!!! I was just thinking of using blue tint. I also want to switch out the radio bulbs and ingnition. Anyone ever try this?
///BHRpowered
no, the gauges only take 3 194 bulbs and then a single #74, 4 bulbs totally, 2 different sizes. I also have one in my trunk, quite nice actually
Frankzao
And the climate control read out?
mohamedeladawy@hotmail.com
never seen one in my trunk. and yes the hvac control has bulbs (meaning the buttons and stuff not the actual display)
Troutman
HVAC uses weird-ass bulbs, don't even try to make them LEDs unless you have a lot of time on your hands. For boot lights I recommend the high power white 194, ideally the new model with the heat sink, or the 360 degree model.
///BHRpowered
the new 194 towers show much promise
Frankzao
and the hvac display?
///BHRpowered
for the trunk, the hvac simply doesn't have enough space really
mohamedeladawy@hotmail.com
u just can get some "white" incandescent (basically replacements) for the hvac controls right?
Frankzao
I want blue
///BHRpowered
of course, but not inled, I seem to remember from trout that its not a problem to find the bases, but that most led's are to long to fit behind the buttons
mohamedeladawy@hotmail.com
ya but most of those bulbs behind the hvac controls need replacing anyway as they havent been changed in over 10 years (well in my case...13) so when u do replace them with inc. bulbs, theyll show a difference anyway. well the white will. as for the blue...to each his own. ///BHRpowered
acutally, those bulbs are probably dirty, and faded, so some new plain bulbs will probably make a difference anyway. god damn pissbucket, talking about ghetto ass 20's and it can't even stay on topic for a page, not like our superior promise land
///BHRpowered
there is currently a very interesting topic at hidplanet in one of my led threads where something was brought up that I never even thought about. Apparently some think led's only go bad in the aftermarket from a y2k type problem, the led's on the market are designed for 12v apps, which is what your battery puts out, however the alts put out around 14.4, so in effect by no ones fault your overpowering the led's everytime you turn them on, if they had been put at 14.4 then they would last forever...
Frankzao
but the voltage reg on the car should keep it at around 12 V.
Synesthesia
Then why would you volt meter always read 14.4?
mts
In order to charge the battery, the altenator must put out slightly higher than system voltage....
