enginph
They are brighter but too blue for me, I am used to yellow I should put one HIR back and then decide.. The wiring harness doesnt have the return wire for ground. So I used chassis grounds for negative. That may cause some problems.
///BHRpowered
For an 01-02 millenia I would go with a drop in 4300k, but HIR's for highbeams

Frankzao
SAINT which HID kits did you end up buying???? One of mine turns on for about 2 minutes and then switches off. When I turn the lights off and back on again it lights back up. But 2 minutes later it is back off. Any ideas?????

enginph
I returned the super crappy ebay kit and bought this: http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/Apexcone-Raptor-HID-Kit Went with 5000K. Dont know about longevity but its easy to tell the quality difference just by holding the kit. You can even pickup, they are in huntington beach (just order in advance, they dont stock). Frankzao
5000K? Why not the 4500K? Ordered.... Thanks.
Frankzao
BHR, HID kits: 35 or 55 watts? 5000hrz?
enginph
BHR, HID kits: 35 or 55 watts? 5000hrz? 35 is the regular stuff. I think 55 last shorter and you deff. need wiring harness with it (buy on ebay). Lets see what the HID guru says..
Frankzao
Well, I deceided to go with the 35W at 5000, with the mounting brackets and wiring harness. I like the idea of the harness, I can add a switch to it so I can have my fogs on without the HIDs. (i.e. easier BHR mod) Now where to put the switch and what kind..... Troutman
The Lord ///BHRpowered has no off switch.
///BHRpowered
5000k is clearly different then proper 4300k, coming down the road sometimes I see them, almost look like the rice blue blues.
Frankzao
So where's your switch?
