///BHRpowered
I keep my leds on full at all times and have had no problems, it could also just be the dimmer switch in the millenia, scaling back voltage and watts, instead of just watts. example, in my jeep the overhead lights come on full, and then fade off and this cannot be changed, almost a year now and no failures at all. also, not true, and led can be dead, full, ot really anything in between, unlike a halogen. mts
GODDAMN IT, the nice little LEDs I put in my markers... one is flashing... as much as I like LEDs my purchassing of them has come to an end until they get more stable On top of that I have a relay in the HIDs that is misbehaving.... And I am looking for a new back passenger door after having a minor altercation with a speaker post at the drive-in theatre. That was a major pissy night I can tell you... it was ligned up with the A pillar and when I pulled away I forgot it was there and turned too early... fucking So I am looking for a black, grey, or black/grey rear door from a junkyard to replace it.... Hitman
Are you searching for the same color, or would you be willing to accept any and get it painted. When BHR returns from his time out he may able to assist you with your LED and HID issues.
mts
I have sorted the HID issue... is the connection of the relay being loose... I am willing to get the door painted, but would prefer to find one with factory paint.
enginph
Looking for cluster LEDs for 00 xedos9. It is kind of different in EU but bulbs should be the same? We will just change the speedo/tacho and fuel temp lights with white LEDs. Which type of 194 to go? Will they all fit there? Front directed or wide angled? how about this one? Do i need 3 194 and a 74? I will buy more though..

enginph
This is for my brothers 00 xedos9. Should they be front directed or wide angle?
///BHRpowered
neither, you want a full spread, thats why I used the 5-led matrix. light in front , around the sides, and all over, the 74 is a 180 degree beam, if you use anything eles, you will get hot spots
enginph
Like this? or: or: Do i need a base or something for 194? and 74:
Cyberdyne
The first pic you posted appears the best currently available. But be sure to compare prices at Warden.

Troutman
I strongly prefer the 3-LED design
mts
The ones I have in my marker lights are now flashing.... I am really starting to hate LEDs.... FUCK FUCK FUCK if I get pulled over I will beat them out with a fucking hammer.
///BHRpowered
MTS, are the LED's on when you start the car? having any LED on while starting a car and having it lose voltage can do serious damage to them. as for the 3-led design, thsoe are only for the #74's, but I'm not sure they'll fit
mts
dammit.... even the ones in my doors have this issue... and they are off when car is started.
///BHRpowered
Not sure what to tell you about those then, On the millenia I have only had a single LED go bad, and its the #74 in the gauge cluster after over 2 years, and frankly, a bit of abuse. from an LED standpoint anyway
enginph
Depends on design. To make them "brightest" they might cranked up the current that makes them vulnerable to the slightest bit of higher voltage..
///BHRpowered
there is a huge difference in the quality of LED's, thats why I only order from SL
Troutman
BH, my car's cluster is basically identical to yours and the #74 3-led fits just fine.
///BHRpowered
interesting...is it brighter or does it just create 3 hot spots
Troutman
It is brighter and has more consistent output. With the single LED you get more of a hot spot.
