enginph
It looks different than mine. I cant see that much inside when i open the lid. Something missing.. Isnt it too much boost for an ordinary car, not a miller cycler one?? mohamedeladawy@hotmail.com
i know the supercharger can hold up to around 30 psi. but generates about 7-17 psi on the millenia.
///BHRpowered
7psi first gear, 14psi all others. don't ask, I don't know why, thats just what the boost gauges are various cars have shown, JET ecu upgrades can boost it slightly though
mohamedeladawy@hotmail.com
o right. 14 psi. i keep forgetting. 7 psi is to prevent torque steer. something that ALOT of fwd cars suffer from when boosted. i.e. srt4. also the mazda ms3 has the same deal where the boost isnt full on in 1st gear. ///BHRpowered
yet it suffers in the off the line department
mohamedeladawy@hotmail.com
well wat do expect from a fwd v6 car? superb off the line? and its not bad. its pretty damn good. the only reason why i can take on an srt4 or any of these overpowered rice rockets is that they suffer torque steer. Renboy
Get an lsd, that'll solve the problem. And plenty of cars can run on 14lbs of boost, some can even do it with stock internals (Audi A4 1.8 for example).
mohamedeladawy@hotmail.com
yes...but thats awd. the power is distributed evenly. and is it possible to get an lsd to the millenia? or rather a torque converter?

If you didn't have a torque converter, your car wouldn't move. With enough money I'm sure you can have one installed (lsd). And how the power is distributed has nothing to do with the engine being able to handle boost. Yes MTS, those were the days indeed....I miss HIGH school

Doesn't look as good inside as "mine" (not that it has arrived yet...) Here's another guy who thinks you just slap this supercharger on any old car. I don't get it. From his responses he doesn't sound like he knows shit about the history of the thing...although his return policy can't be argued. I wonder if he will still feel the same way if he nets a few hundred more than the current bidding price.

Renboy
It doesn't so much replace the differential as it adds to it. This is by no means easy. Actually, this is very hard to do.
