Renboy
holy hell... I went to visit my cousin in Edmonton, Alberta a few years ago. It almost forced me to quit smoking. When it's -40 outside and you're not allowed to smoke inside...it's just not worth it.
///BHRpowered
nope, although I do rather enjoy the cold, -7 windchill is the coldest. I think the coldest climate I'v ever been in was some mountain top in vermont, about -20 with the windchill, maybe -5 without wind.
MazdaMomma
My worst is -45C with wind.... the sun does not even matter at this temp. damn, that's COLD!

MazdaMomma
If having to park outside I do the same, except I start driving after scraping. By then the seat heating, which on the driver side gets slightly hotter each time it burns off due to the shortened resistance wire is doing another attemt to burn my ass off. toasted buns huh? perhaps you should lengthen the resistance wire? ing-schu@online.no
Perhaps. But then, no. I just switch it off before any harm is done

Frankzao
I actually used my heated seats this evening. Quite nice I must say. I was helping my youngest brother replace his front end struts, mounts, calipers, rotors, pads, and a couple of studs. we started at 8pm. three hours later at 11pm i went home and realized it was 40 degrees outside and I was cold. The cabin warmed up nicely, but my butt was still cold from sitting on concrete for three hours. that's when I remembered having heated seats in the Milly. So I turned them on. Ahhhhhhhhhhh........... And before you comment, 40 degrees is COLD for CA. and I was in shorts and a T-shirt!
