ing-schu@online.no Posted August 27, 2007 Report Share Posted August 27, 2007 I have towed a 1200 kg caravan, with 5 adults, weekend luggage in the trunk, plenty of b*e*e*r in the fridge and a positive spirit. No problem at all, 55 mph in an 8 % incline in third, maintaining speed without second kicking in. I must admit that the rear exhaust touched the tarmac on a couple of bumps, but that is business as usual anyway, because it sits so low under the rear subframe.
